    Personal Training

    Personal training offers individualized fitness guidance tailored to your specific goals, needs, and abilities. A Physical Therapist designs customized workouts, provides motivation, and ensures proper form to maximize results and reduce injury risk.     Physical Therapy

    One on one session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Initial evaluation includes discussion of past medical history, functional movement analysis, strength and mobility testing, manual therapy and exercise prescription. Sessions offered virtually, in your home, or our clinic.

    Physical therapy will help you recover from an injury, prevent injury or help you reach your fitness goals. My method includes movement analysis of the entire body so that we are addressing the root cause of your dysfunction not just treating symptoms.

    Pelvic Rehabilitation

    Individual session with a Doctor of Physical Therapy specially trained in pelvic floor rehab. Includes an in depth analysis of reproductive, bowel, urinary, and gut health. Session includes hands-on treatment of the pelvic floor, abdomen and musculoskeletal system as well as exercise to improve your symptoms.

Dr. Annalise Thompson, PT, DPT

Annalise is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping her clients live pain-free and with more intention. Through her own experience with chronic pain she has discovered the power of the human body and the intricacies that come with the path of healing. Her speciality training gives her a unique integrative outlook treating the entire body. She received her B.S in Kinesiology and Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at San Diego State University although originates from the foggy city of San Francisco.
